Education

• Minimum of BSc Degree in Computer Science, Software engineering or related discipline

Experience

• Minimum of Two (2) years’ experience within Information Technology Industry
• Experience in SQL plus 2 or more programming languages

Training

• AWS/Azure/GCP
• TCP/IP Basics
• Data Structures & Algorithms

Knowledge & Technical Competencies:

• Object oriented programming concepts
• Relational database design and querying concepts
• Exposure to development using C# ,Ruby, Python
• Exposure to web development using HTML,PHP, CSS and JavaScript
• Client/server application development
• Agile development methodologies
• DevOps tools and delivery pipelines
• SaaS and PaaS deployments.
• TCP/IP Networking Basics
• Microsoft Operating systems and office applications
• Linux/Unix based Operating systems
• Open Source platforms

• Optional (plus)
• Hands-on experience deploying Applications to SaaS,IaaS and PaaS, such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Services.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and other API formats.
• Understanding of API and web service architectures – Microservices, Service Oriented Architecture, security, high availability, load, performance, encryption etc
• Version control systems.
